Shipping Policy
At Willepad 4×4, our products are shipped directly from our suppliers to you. We do not hold stock or physically handle the goods.
1. Shipping & Delivery
- All orders are shipped from the supplier directly to the customer.
- We obtain a courier quotation on your behalf. Once you approve, you make payment to us for both the product and the courier fee.
- We then pay the supplier and courier to arrange delivery to the address you provided.
2. Courier Responsibility
- Once goods leave the supplier, they are under the sole care of the courier.
- Willepad 4×4 is not responsible for:
- Any delays in delivery
- Damage in transit
- Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer
- Loss or theft after dispatch
3. Risk & Liability
- Risk transfers to the customer at the point of dispatch from the supplier.
- By purchasing from us, you accept that goods are shipped entirely at your own risk.
- Any claims for delay, damage, or loss must be taken up directly with the courier. We will provide supplier/courier details to assist you in lodging a claim.
4. Costs & Payments
- Shipping costs are quoted separately and must be paid in full before dispatch.
- Any additional courier charges (such as re-delivery fees, remote area surcharges, or handling of oversized freight) are the customer’s responsibility.
5. No Returns or Collections
- Due to the size and nature of our products, we cannot arrange returns or collections. All sales are final.
6. Acknowledgement
By placing an order on willepad.co.za, you acknowledge and accept that:
- We act as a facilitator between you, the supplier, and the courier.
- We are not liable for shipping issues of any kind.
- You purchase and accept delivery at your own risk.
