At Willepad 4×4, all products are shipped directly from our suppliers and we do not physically handle or hold stock. Due to the size, weight, and nature of our products, we have a strict no-returns and no-refund policy.
1. No Returns or Refunds
- All sales are final.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.
2. Customer Support & Assistance
- While we cannot offer refunds or returns, we encourage customers to contact us if there is any issue with your order.
- We will liaise with the supplier on your behalf to assess the situation and explore possible solutions.
- Any resolution (replacement, repair, or alternative solution) is at the supplier’s discretion.
3. Risk & Responsibility
- All products are purchased at the customer’s own risk.
- Willepad 4×4 is not liable for:
- Fitment issues
- Damages during shipping
- Supplier errors
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
