We do not hold stock or physically handle the goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Shipping &amp; Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All orders are shipped <strong>from the supplier directly to the customer<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We obtain a <strong>courier quotation<\/strong> on your behalf. Once you approve, you make payment to us for both the product and the courier fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We then pay the supplier and courier to arrange delivery to the address you provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Courier Responsibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once goods leave the supplier, they are under the <strong>sole care of the courier<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Willepad 4&#215;4 is <strong>not responsible<\/strong> for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any delays in delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage in transit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Loss or theft after dispatch<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Risk &amp; Liability<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Risk transfers to the customer <strong>at the point of dispatch from the supplier<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>By purchasing from us, you accept that goods are shipped <strong>entirely at your own risk<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any claims for delay, damage, or loss must be taken up <strong>directly with the courier<\/strong>. We will provide supplier\/courier details to assist you in lodging a claim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Costs &amp; Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Shipping costs are quoted separately and must be paid in full before dispatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional courier charges (such as re-delivery fees, remote area surcharges, or handling of oversized freight) are the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. No Returns or Collections<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Due to the size and nature of our products, we cannot arrange returns or collections.
